To eliminate the fatal error "LNK1127: library is corrupt"
associated with the kernal32.lib file, please copy

I:\CSC203\KERNEL32.LIB to C:\FSC\PCOBOL32\KERNEL32.LIB

This will replace the corrupt library file with a good file.
