SORG is a research
group comprised mainly of psychology honors students and others who have
research interests in social aspects of olfaction. Students in the group have the opportunity to
participate as part of a research team in the planning, execution, and analysis
of experiments, as well as to develop their own projects that are related to
social or olfactory issues. Students also read and report on primary research
in weekly meetings. SORG meetings have given rise to a number of projects,
many of which are an outgrowth of SORG interests and discussions. While there
are many interested and qualified students, the time necessary to individually
manage and teach research techniques limits the number of student
participants. If you would like to
participate in SORG, please contact either Dr. White (whitetl@lemoyne.edu) or Dr. Kirby (kirbybj@lemoyne.edu) to see if SORG is
right for you.
